Facing market deregulation, TAFE SA was required to completely review its strategic & competitive positioning. They needed to be more innovative, flexible and entrepreneurial in order to maintain a position of leadership.
To achieve their goals TAFE SA needed to maximise brand presence in the marketplace, engage with customers in exciting new ways, and foster partnerships and repeat business with enterprise and industry.
Working closely with the CEO, Institute directors, and key staff on this multifaceted project, we played a pivotal role in setting strategic marketing frameworks and priorities that would transform the business and shape the way TAFE SA would engage with the market for the future.
